The following co-winners were announced at the 2025 AAALS conference in Honolulu, Hawai`i:

  • Sayantika Mandal, University of Georgia

I read the post about the Wertheim Prize winners and how this journal celebrates the best student and creative writing each year, showing that hard work in literature really matters. I could feel how much study and care goes into writing and research from what they shared. Once during a busy week of classes I used pay someone to take my online Management Class so I could finish a big project and still keep up with reading. That made me think more about balance and finding support when work piles up.
