Announcing a new poetry editor feels like a quiet celebration of art and voice. I remember submitting a poem to a college journal and being shocked when it was accepted it gave me confidence I didn’t know I needed. As a PhD student who works part-time at Last-Minute Assignments, I still value those creative wins. I was so overwhelmed I'd think, Just Write My computer science Assignment so I can write poetry.
